Celery & Celeriac Seeds

Celery is grown for its crisp and flavoursome stems, which can be blanched by earthing up to give them an attractive white appearance, or pick a self-blanching variety such as 'Loretta F1'' or 'Blush'. 

Celeriac is grown for its roots rather than the greens and is a superb winter vegetable with a rich tangy celery flavour.
