Bread machine rolls

A bread machine removes the hard labour associated with bread making - I wouldn't be without mine! I like to make rolls, freeze then defrost one each morning in the microwave for breakfast.

An enriched yeast dough producing a soft texture. It is possible of course, to use a mixture of wholegrain or whole-meal flour which produces a firmer texture.
