A Chinese Cabbage that is very tender with a lovely sweet flavour, ideal for soups, stir-fries and salads. Crisp, sweet heads which weigh between 300-500g will be ready in as few as 60 days from transplanting, or sooner for delicious baby leaves.

How to Guide
March-April: Sow thinly 1⁄2in (1cm) deep in clean trays or modules of firm pre-watered compost. Keep soil moist at all times.
June-August: Sow thinly 1⁄2in (1cm) deep direct in harvest location. Keep soil moist at all times. Protect from frost. This to 10cm (4in). Use thinnings as baby leaf.
May-June into the required harvest position 12in (30cm) apart with 12in (30cm) between each row, when plants have 3-4 true leaves.
