Tirza - The earliest cauliflower of the season! Perfect for growing in small spaces too as the plants produce a small, compact framework of nicely covered edible white curds.

Aviron - Vigorous plants with deep, very white curds which are well protected by the foliage. Sow January to May for harvesting late June to early October.

North Forlander - A great new cauliflower which will crop from January through to February. Produces heavy white curds well protected from frost and snow by the vigorous foliage.
