Cornus ‘Anny’s Winter Orange’ is a great choice for winter colour, along with plenty of interest throughout the year.

This shrub, which holds the Award of Garden Merit from the Royal Horticultural Society, thrives in full sun or partial shade and in moist soils, including those that are poorly-drained. It’s a great choice for borders and woodland edges.

Cornus ‘Anny’s Winter Orange’ grows to 2.5m (8 ins) both in height and spread. For plenty of intensely-coloured stems, pollard this shrub in early spring.

How you will receive your plants:

Selected by our team of experts and sent from our nursery, this will be supplied in a 9cm pot (measured by the diameter of the pot). With a well strong root system in place, you can plant out in the garden straight away and leave them to establish, or you can grow them in larger pots as they are still young, before planting out to create a stunning garden display.

Can’t plant straight away?

If you aren't able to plant out straight away, then ensure they stay moist. You can place pots on a saucer or tray of shallow water so they are able to stay hydrated. Aim to have them planted within 3 days.
