Hydrangea Aspera Hot Chocolate is a deciduous shrub which is bushy, spanning up to 1.5m in height and 2m in width, with clusters of pale pink flowers and chocolate foliage. Flowering between July and September, this hydrangea is frost hardy and prepared to cope with most of the UK's colder temperatures down to -10°C.
A tall shrub with domed flowers, this hydrangea prefers acidic soil and thrives in sunny or partially sunny spots.
