Hydrangea Macrophylla Blue Prince is a deciduous shrub which is bushy and compact with clusters of delicate cornflower blue blooms. It will grow to a height between 1m and 1.5m tall with a spread of around 1m. Flowering between June and September, this hydrangea longevity will keep some colour in your garden from early summer to early autumn.
Hydrangeas prefer acidic soil and thrive in shady or partially-shaded spots. When planted in alkaline soil, its colour will change to a rosy-red shade. This Hydrangea is hardy and will cope well throughout the UK, even when faced with harsh winters.
