Description

Water mint provides scent and colour in summer and autumn to your pond, makes great shelter for frogs and toads and flowers for pollinating insects. Has deciduous foliage.

A pond plant that produces both an abundance of flowers and scented leaves. Water mint is great for a sea of green leaves that are strongly aromatic. What’s more, insects will appreciate the purple flowers that appear summer-long and well into autumn.

Plant this perennial in early summer by the edge of ponds and enjoy its return each year.
