Grow Potato Kerr’s Pink on your plot for potatoes, perfectly fluffy and floury in texture. They make great boiled or mashed potatoes from tubers with attractive blush-pink skins. This is a variety worthy of exhibiting.

Kerr's Pink is excellent for storing so be sure to enjoy these potatoes through the autumn and even into winter. We suggest you store potatoes somewhere cool and dry like a porch or garage and check over from time to time for bruised potatoes which we recommend you dispose of.

This variety produces tall plants so we recommend you plant seed potatoes 30-35cm apart to give them sufficient space. The extra green growth encourages more potatoes to form underground, giving you bigger crops than may other home-grown varieties.

We recommend that you mound the surrounding soil halfway up the stems every time your plants grow an extra 5-10cm. This keeps the potatoes in the soil healthy and prevents them from turning green.
