The canes of raspberry Valentina are virtually spine free, making the picking process of unique berries nice, quick and easy. It has had extensive trials and has been proven to show resistance to all major cane diseases and to most aphids.
It is a beautiful variety of raspberry to grow. Valentina tastes as delicious as it looks and will produce for you succulent, good-sized, bright, beautiful apricot-pink fruit. It has an amazing flavour and are always best when picked and eaten straight from the plant. They are also great for recipes or chilled and put into drinks.
Plant in well-drained soil and make sure they are positioned in full sunshine in order to achieve the best results. The fruit on raspberry Valentina is formed on strong upright stems meaning it can be planted in pots and containers if you are short on space.
