- Reliable maincrop variety
- Versatile in the kitchen
- Useful grown in a row as windbreak
As the name would suggest, ‘Rudolph’ produces a deep red skin and white fleshed tubers, with a smooth creamy texture. This variety is great for all manner of cooking methods, in particular making the most superb roast potatoes and baked jackets with light and fluffy insides.
Not only great in the kitchen, ‘Rudolph’ is a great crop to grow. It is resistant to bruising and dry rot, which is a great guarantee for an unblemished harvest. But choose to grow in a row and ‘Rudolph’ will also provide a natural windbreak to nearby tender crops.
PLEASE NOTE. Due to government legislation, we regret that we are unable to deliver Seed Potato ‘Rudolph’ to customers in Ireland.
