Grow sweet pepper Lemon Dream at home and you can be harvesting handfuls of vibrant and long yellow sweet peppers throughout summer – perfect for summer salads and side dishes. In autumn we recommend that you halve the peppers and stuff with rice and herbs. A great autumnal dish.
Your pepper plants give you well-branched canopies for maximum fruit and grow particularly well in the greenhouse or on a sunny windowsill in the home. They are happy outdoors in a sunny and sheltered spot but be prepared to bring them indoors if the weather gets stormy. You can pop them outdoors again as the weather becomes mild once again.
Useful Tips:
You receive your specimens in a pack suitable for young pepper plants, creating a closed environment ideal for your stems and leaves to thrive while in transit from our nursery to your home. Position your plants in pots straight away somewhere sunny if possible like a south-facing patio or windowsill.
If you can’t plant straight away we suggest that you keep the young plants in their delivery pack for up to five days, keeping the soil moist with a watering can.
