This collection includes on each of:
Chocolate Cherry - A delicious cherry tomato with wonderful colouring of deep chocolate purple. Colour runs through from the skin to the flesh making this variety both deliciously flavoured and highly attractive. Perfect for adding interest to summer salads, this easy to grow variety will perform both in the greenhouse and the garden.
Cristal - A high yielding variety of tomato with excellent disease resistance. Cristal produces round, glossy, scarlet skinned fruits with a deep scarlet flesh earlier on in the season than many others. Performing equally well in either the greenhouse or in the garden fruits are a tasty accompaniment to salads or sandwiches.
Corazon - A large and distinctive, ‘Albenga’ type, Oxheart-type beefsteak tomato with superbly tasty meaty flesh. This excellent variety has been awarded a best buy by Which magazine who described it as a large, tender plum shaped beefsteak with a superbly savoury flavour.
San Marzano - The classic Italian plum tomato, used all over the world for making sauces, especially Passata due to it’s dry and meaty nature. This prolific tomato will grow in a greenhouse as well as outside and is quick to ripen and crops over a long period. The large and deep red fruits are quick to ripen with a dry and meaty texture making them perfect for cooking.
Please note - These seeds should ideally be sown this season. All our packets have ‘Sow by Date’ guidance on them, this is the date the seeds should be sown in order to achieve the highest rate of germination. You will still see the same high-quality plants if sowing in seasons after the ‘Sow by Date’ but may see a reduction in germination rate
