Raspberry-ripple peony-like variety which looks fantastic next to emerging alliums and indeed true peonies.
With white fringes these tulips look enchanting. The flowers look lovely in bud and then they open up like camellia flowers in rich purple tones.
Tulip Double Touch looks lovely when planted in its own right whether in pots or in flower beds. The flowers need no partner to make a statement, just grow these en masse.
Plant 2 packs of 6 bulbs in a 30cm (12in) diameter container or evenly in a square foot (30cm²) area of soil. Plant up multiple containers for more impact.
How you receive your bulbs
You receive our spring-flowering bulbs in autumn in a plastic mesh. This is to keep the bulbs together in a pack which is nice and airy – perfect to keep the bulbs healthy while in transit.
Can’t plant straight away?
Keep your bulbs in a cool, light and dry place and preferably hanging on a hook so that air can get to the bulbs at all angles. Look to planting your bulbs within a week of receiving them.
