Description
Plant close together for a sea of pink blooms, a welcome sight in your garden in spring. Darwin type.
Salmon and deep pink flowers grow above lovely green succulent leaves which have handsome cream edges. A beautiful variety to grow with other tall tulips like tulip Just Kissed.
Consider planting with pink phloxes and hyacinths; pink hyacinths will finish their lovely fragrant blooms, passing the baton onto Tulip Sweet Impression for an extra-long pink display of flowers in spring.
Plant 12 bulbs in a 30cm (12in) container or around every square foot (30cm²) area of soil in a sunny bed. We recommend you try planting in a river-formation along a long flower bed backed by tall grasses or foxgloves.
How you receive your bulbs
You receive our spring-flowering bulbs in autumn in a plastic mesh. This is to keep the bulbs together in a pack which is nice and airy – perfect to keep the bulbs healthy while in transit.
Can’t plant straight away?
Keep your bulbs in a cool, light and dry place and preferably hanging on a hook so that air can get to the bulbs at all angles. Look to planting your bulbs within a week of receiving them.
