Ingredients

Variety of Heirloom Tomatoes

Firm Goats Cheese

Basil & Walnut Pesto, or Your Favourite Brand

Salt

Fruity Olive Oil

Method

1. Half then evenly slice the tomatoes and thinly slice the goats cheese.

2. Arrange the sliced tomatoes and goats cheese on a serving plate, sprinkle with salt and drizzle with pesto and olive oil.

Serve at room temperature.
