Delivery Information

Updated: 23rd July 2021

1. Delivery

We are working hard to get your items to you as soon as possible and thank you for your understanding and patience during this time. This page will be regularly updated with the most recent delivery timelines. Please check below to ensure you have the current information on when you can expect your order.

Have you pre-ordered? - When you buy with Marshalls oftentimes you will purchase ahead of the growing season. Pre-ordering ensures items are grown and reserved for you. We only send plants out at the optimum growing time for that species, when the weather conditions suitable. Broad guidelines can be found in the table below in section 2. Specific timing for each item is on the product pages, when you add to basket it displays ‘Delivery from’ followed by the planned period for dispatch eg ‘mid-May’

In stock items are currently taking:

Please allow between 5 and 7 days for plants, trees and bulbs that are in stock to be dispatched.

Please allow up to 5 days for products in our warehouse that are in stock to be dispatched. This includes items from the following collections:

N.B. Please note this does not apply to items supplied direct from our third-party suppliers (e.g. HOTBIN, Bucktons), please see individual product pages for delivery information and timescales.
