· All our plants are dispatched directly from our nursery. Plants showing as 'In Stock' on the individual product page will be dispatched by our expert nursery team within 48 hours of placing your order (orders placed Sunday to Thursday). Despatching 5 days a week. · We avoid sending plants in the post over the weekend to ensure they arrive with you in the freshest condition. · For 'Pre-Orders' please refer to the estimated delivery date on each product page. When you buy with Marshalls you’ll often purchase ahead of the growing season. Pre-ordering ensures items are grown and reserved for you. We only send plants out at the optimum planting time for that species and when the weather conditions are suitable.
The despatch guidelines for any pre-ordered item will be found on your Order Confirmation. Specific timing for each plant can also be found on individual product pages, as well as displayed when adding to your basket (e.g. ‘Delivery from mid-May').
We do everything possible to send out plants to you on the dates specified on our website or in our catalogue. However, some factors outside of our control, such as weather, may affect plant growth and therefore delivery dates. We will keep you updated if this occurs on expected delivery dates.
