Celeriac Seeds

Celeriac is a relative of Celery, the difference being you grow Celeriac for its roots rather than the greens. Grow it in exactly the same way and you will have superb results as they are not as fussy as Celery plants.

Celeriac is becoming very popular for its nutty celery-like flavour and for its versatility. Try it grated into autumn salads, cooked and mashed with potatoes, or roasted with other mixed root vegetables.
