Our Returns Policy

Thank you for ordering with us.

Please unpack your parcel and check the contents as soon as possible after receiving.

In the unlikely event that you are not entirely satisfied with anything or have changed your mind, you may still return it in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund.

Before returning anything please contact Customer services on contactus@marshallsgarden.com or call us on 01480 774 555 so that we can discuss your options with you and confirm the return address details.

Returns

If you change your mind, you may return your purchase in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund. Return postage costs will not be refunded.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Returns will need to be sent to the following address unless advised otherwise by customer services:

Marshalls garden, Alconbury Hill, Huntingdon, ENG, PE28 4HY, United Kingdom

Please retain proof of return, until the items are received back to us you are responsible for them.

We can provide a returns service via Yodel who will collect from your delivery address for a charge of £10 per parcel. Please contact Customer Services who can arrange this for you.

Purchases for Christmas Gifts

Please note for items purchased as gifts and ordered from 1 November through to 24 December we can offer an exchange up until 31 Jan 2025.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues

Please check your items received and let us know of any damages or issues as soon as possible. 

We may ask for photos to be sent to us so that we can understand the issue you've encountered, identify how this happened and improve the ongoing customer experience. We can then discuss next steps to fully resolve your issue. 

If anything you receive from us is confirmed as being faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost, reimbursing the return postage if we have requested it to be sent back to us.

Before returning anything please contact our customer services department, who will be able to source a replacement for you or advise the appropriate action to be taken if a refund is required.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund too.

Exceptions

Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, items such as Gift cards and personalised items. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Kent & Stowe Tools

Any Garden tool made by Kent & Stowe will have an extended guarantee. This is shown against each item on our website and ranges from a 5 year to a 15 year guarantee depending on the tool.

If you need to report a fault or damage to a Kent & Stowe tool purchased from marshalls garden please contact as follows:

Purchased within the last 28 days please contact us directly at contactus@marshallsgarden.com. Please include a photo of the tool along with your marshalls garden order number.

Purchased outside the last 28 days the Guarantee is covered by Kent & Stowe directly. You can contact them directly at customerservice@westland.com. Please include a copy of your marshalls garden order confirmation email and photos of the tool.
