- Ruffled pale pink petals.
- Feathery black stamen.
- Create a beautiful border.
Snow Goose is a wonderful oriental Poppy that produces fabulous ruffled petals of pale pink with a purple velvet cap. The flower centres have feathery black stamen.
The younger flowers of this variety appear to be more of a pink which contrast beautiful with the paler mature flowers.
The plants will go dormant and disappear by the late summer but will rise again in late spring to early summer.
To prevent empty borders at the end of summer pair with plants that remain such as Rudbeckias, Russian sage or even late grasses.
These can be divided to provide more cover from August through to September.
