  • Over 60 years UK farming heritage
  • Perfect for growing in sacks or directly in beds

This versatile variety gives you potatoes with satisfyingly smooth skin and attractive pink eyes, ready to harvest from July after planting in March. Known for its uniformity and good-looking tubers Osprey offers you large yields for you and your household.

This second early variety is great to use for potato salads from June. Having a waxy consistency Osprey keeps its shape on boiling or steaming. It even makes a suitable jacket potato on baking. Being a UK Albert Bartlett variety you can be sure love and attention has gone into sourcing your seed potatoes.

Grow your Osprey tubers in Gro-sacks, ideal for growing potatoes on patios or on the balcony or directly in the vegetable patch incorporating Pre Planting potato fertiliser to give your seed potatoes an initial boost of nutrients and goodness.

Useful tip

Should you receive your seed potatoes before March place them in egg cartons somewhere cool and light. This encourages the ‘eyes’ – the knobbly stem bases to grow stubby and thick which then produce strong, thick stems when you plant them in sacks or directly in your vegetable patch in March.
