Fibre plant pots are the perfect solution if you are looking for quick root establishment in your containers or beds. The reason for this is they can be planted directly into your chosen location from the start, this means that the roots can settle in from the moment they are planted and then go on to develop a strong root system.
Another great benefit is that there is no re-potting required, so no need to dig up old plant pots and disturb your bed. The bio-degradable aspect also means that the roots of your plants are easily accessed by water meaning greater hydration.
For those of us that have the environment in mind there is also the benefit of knowing that these pots are completely bio-degradable, meaning you don’t have to worry at all about leaving plastics in the ground that could harm a natural habitat.
Consisting of mostly wool pulp gathered from renewable sources, you have the peace of mind that they are creating no harm to your garden or allotment.
Pots are 8cm / 3.1in in diameter and are ideal for potting on seeds and seedlings or transplanting cuttings.
