- Biodegradable markers
- Create measuring tools
- Ecological wooden alternative to plastic
Get hold of this great-value pack of 15cm (6in) wooden markers useful for labelling, for measuring and for recording dates on sowing times, planting times and potting on.
Around 2cm (1/2 in) wide your labels stay firmly in the soil and don’t blow away in the wind giving you peace of mind that you will always be able to depend on your label to tell you what you have sown or planted and when.
As labels you can write on them in pen or pencil (they are erasable in pencil so you can use them again and again). If you have written on them in pen and they are no longer usable cut them up and put them on the compost heap to biodegrade.
Alternatively create your own mini measuring sticks by drawing on inch or centimetre intervals and use this for spacing your favourite bulbs, seeds and sets in a row.
