If you change your mind, you may return your purchase in unused condition within 30 days for a full refund.
Please note, to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging.Please retain proof of return, until the items are received back to us you are responsible for them.
Please check your items received and let us know of any damages or issues as soon as possible.
We may ask for photos to be sent to us so that we can understand the issue you've encountered, identify how this happened and improve the ongoing customer experience. We can then discuss next steps to fully resolve your issue.
If anything you receive from us is confirmed as being faulty or damaged we will replace it free of charge or fully refund the cost.
You will be charged £5 per return, which will be deducted from your refund at the time we process it.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-7 working days. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund to.

Any garden tool made by Kent & Stowe will have an extended guarantee. This is shown against each item on our website and ranges from a 5 year to a 15 year guarantee depending on the tool.
If you need to report a fault or damage to a Kent & Stowe tool purchased from Marshalls Garden please contact as follows:
Purchased within the last 28 days please contact us directly at contactus@marshallsgarden.com. Please include a photo of the tool along with your Marshalls Garden order number.
Purchased outside the last 28 days the Guarantee is covered by Kent & Stowe directly. You can contact them directly at customerservice@westland.com. Please include a copy of your Marshalls Garden order confirmation email and photos of the tool.
Certain types of items cannot be returned or refunded, items such as gift cards, personalised items or live plants. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
