Main strawberries are harvested during the peak season for strawberry production. During the main harvest, strawberry plants produce a significant amount of fruit, resulting in a plentiful supply of strawberries.

Late strawberries are often harvested towards the end of the traditional strawberry growing season. The growing season may extend into late spring or early summer, allowing for a later harvest.

Ever-bearer strawberries are a breeding breakthrough. It is one of the best everbearing strawberries, producing uniform fruit, with peak production in June and late August to early September. Everbearing strawberries produce two main crops - in early and late summer - with smaller crops in between.
