How to Guide

Sow indoors

All year round on a warm, light kitchen windowsill. Sow seeds thickly in Micro Veg Gro-Trays or an old food container lined with damp double thickness kitchen roll. Keep moist at all times.

Tips

Harvest all year round by cutting the stems with scissors after 7-14 days at the seedling stage when the first true leaves have developed. Micro leaves are packed full of beneficial vitamins and minerals. Delicious with salad, stir-fries and sandwiches.
