Track my Order

Please check the 'My Account' area on the website to check the status of your order. Items that have been despatched will be marked as fulfilled under each order.

All orders will despatched via Yodel will show a tracking number starting with JD on your despatch email. If there is any other number then this is not a fully tracked service and will be sent to you via Royal Mail.

Yodel App

You can download the Yodel app by clicking the link above. By downloading the Yodel app you’ll not only be able to track your delivery but you’ll be able to:

Receive push notifications of every step of your parcel’s journey
Set a default ‘safe location’ for your delivery address for when you’re not at home
Enter which neighbour you’d prefer Yodel to deliver to and which to avoid
Enter your email address and Yodel will keep you updated with any parcel matched to it

Pre-order deliveries

When you buy with Marshalls you’ll often purchase ahead of the growing season. Pre-ordering ensures items are grown and reserved for you. We only send plants out at the optimum planting time for that species and when the weather conditions are suitable.

The despatch guidelines for any pre-ordered item will be found in these places:

  • Your order confirmation written in green
  • The 'My Account' area on the website to check the status of your order.
  • Specific timing for each plant can also be found if you search them on our website, as well as displayed when adding to your basket (e.g. ‘Delivery from mid-May').

We do everything possible to send out plants to you on the dates specified on our website or in our catalogue. However, some factors outside of our control, such as weather, may affect plant growth and therefore delivery dates. We will keep you updated if this occurs on expected delivery dates.
