- Visually impressive
- A fantastic edible foursome
- Versatile-harvest the leaves or roots
A visually impressive and great-tasting mix of four contrasting beetroot varieties; Albino, Burpees Golden, Chioggia and Detroit 2, making a welcome addition to your vegetable garden and an even more welcome addition to your kitchen.
These root vegetables are high in vitamins and pleasantly sweet. So simple to grow, you can harvest these varieties for baby beet or leave to mature, forming large roots.
Delicious used raw in salads or roasted in vinegar for a colourful side dish. We recommend you add to raised containers of trugs at sowing time so you need not crouch right down to the ground when sowing.
At harvest time twist off the tops to prevent bleeding.
