Description

Unwins Chinese Cabbage Questar F1 Seeds produce quick-growing cabbages, ideal for early-cropping. They have an impressive dark green colour, with tight compact hearts.

Showing good disease and bolt resistance, Questar is great for stir fries and other oriental dishes. It's also a good source of nutrients so brilliant for adding a tasty portion of veg to your plate.

Sow Outdoors
Sow thinly, 1cm deep, direct in harvest location. Keep soil moist at all times. Protect from frost. Thin to 10cm.

Transplanting
When seedlings have produced 4 leaves, transplant them to their cropping position leaving 45cm between plants in rows 45cm apart. Firm in and keep well watered in dry spells.

Advice
Use netting to prevent damage from Cabbage White Butterfly.
