Kailaan White Flowered
With a similar flavour to European broccoli but on a rather more refined plant with all parts edible. From deliciously tender stems and leaves, to buds and flowers.
Slender white stems with feathery leaves are mild flavoured in salads or lightly cooked in stir-fries.
Mustard Ruby Streaks
Stronger flavoured than cress, mustard adds a little 'bite' to salads and sandwiches. It is usually ready about 10 days after sowing.
Pak Choi Ivory
White stems with contrasting deep green leaves. Ideally suited to vagaries of the British climate.
