White Lisbon Spring Onion seeds are a traditional mild and crispy spring onion, deservedly the most popular of all, yielding succulent stems with that characteristic 'bite'.
Very quick cropping traditional salad onion with white stems and bright green tops. Good for successional sowing and very hardy. Can be sown in October for the following spring.
Take our handy tip- No need to thin, just pull when onions young and slender. Sow little and often for continuous supply. September and October sowing can be overwintered and may benefit from cloche protection during severe weather. Autumn sowings should be ready in March or earlier in mild weather.
