SureCut All Purpose Lite Bypass Secateurs by Kent & Stowe ensure an accurate and smooth cut every time. Made with a blade crafted from SK5 carbon steel, these secateurs can easily trim through fresh, live plants and foliage.
Constructed of die cast aluminium and featuring a BI-material micro hex grip, these SureCut All Purpose Secateurs offer unparalleled comfort and ease of use for every gardener. Designed with a central lock for both left and right-handed users, and equipped with an adjustable hand sizer, these secateurs are suitable for all.
How to use:
- Trim green, young, and soft wood with ease using a pair of bypass or All Purpose secateurs instead of an anvil style tool.
- Cut with ease and accuracy using the 2 sharpened blades of these secateurs, which work like a pair of scissors for a precise and healthy cut.
- Gentle cutting for delicate stems, with less bruising and damage to the stem.
- Perfect for deadheading, taking cuttings, pruning, and cutting shoots close to the nearest bud.
- Trim roses, shrubs and green live wood.
Maintenance and care
- Ensure your garden tool stays in top shape by properly caring for it. After each use, store it in a dry environment and don't leave it outside, even in dry weather. Exposing your tools to moisture from wet grass and dew can cause damage.
- Keeping your garden tools clean and dry will ensure they remain in good working condition. After each use, make sure to wash away any soil and debris from your digging tools.
- Dry tools before storing to prevent rust and rot. Apply linseed oil to wood handles to prevent cracking. If dirty, brush or gently wipe clean with a damp cloth. Do not soak wood to avoid damage.
- Ensure that all tools used for chemical applications are thoroughly cleaned, as fertilizers and other chemicals can quickly corrode metal.
