My name is James and I’m the creator of a_life_in_the_garden. I started sharing my journey of growing food to inspire more people to reconnect with nature and realise that producing your own food doesn’t have to be complicated or expensive. Gardening became even more important to me during my son Oscar’s leukemia treatment, when the garden became a place of calm, hope and healing for our family. My ethos is simple, grow good food, look after the soil, support wildlife, and show the next generation that a life connected to nature is a life well lived.
