This colourful mix of summer-flowering hardy annuals will bring all the bees to your garden! Attractive to a range of bee species, it contains over 20 long-flowering annuals, adding a vibrant splash of colour and life to your garden this summer.

Sow outdoors

Rake soil to provide a firm, even surface. Sow seeds thinly 0.5cm deep in pre-watered soil, lightly covering them with a little more soil. Sowings made in semi-circular lines create a natural ‘drift’ effect. Mix the seeds with silver sand or fine compost, bulking out the mixture, for easier sowing over an area. Keep moist until seedlings appear and as required in dry spells.

Thinning

When large enough to handle thin seedlings to allow their development and prevent overcrowding. Contents may vary from flowers shown in the picture.

How to grow

Sow seeds on to the surface of pre-watered seed compost, but don't cover them. Keep warm, around 20°C and keep moist, but not wet. Allow 1-2 weeks for germination.
