With a similar flavour to European broccoli but on a rather more refined plant with all parts edible. From deliciously tender stems and leaves, to buds and flowers.
Blanch diagonally sliced stems for 3-4 minutes until tender then stir-fry with oil flavoured with garlic, oyster or soy sauce and a pinch of sugar, add the leaves and flowers for the last couple of minutes of cooking - scrumptious!
