Description
Nature's Haven Cosmos Sea Shells Rose Seeds produce beautiful flowers with distinctive quill-shaped petals. The fine, feathery foliage is long-flowering for many months of flowers.
This half-hardy annual is ideal for cut flowers, providing plenty of impressive blooms for your home.

Level fill a tray with seed compost firming with the base of another tray. Water well with a fine rose. Scatter seeds thinly, lightly covering with vermiculite or a little more compost. Place in a propagator at 18-25°C or cover tray with cling film and leave in a warm room.
When shoots appear, remove cling film. Keep seedlings in a light position, but shade from direct sunlight. When large enough to handle, transplant 5cm apart into small pots
Gradually accustom plants to outside conditions for 2-3 weeks before planting out in full sun when risk of frost has passed. Allow 30cm between plants. Water well until established.
Water well, especially during warm spells. Feed regularly during the flowering season and deadhead faded blooms to keep plants blooming for longer.
