A cucumber fun to grow and so versatile. Grow indoors or outdoors in a sheltered position and watch the flowers form into cucumbers, which give off a lovely scent as they ripen in the sun.
As the name suggests, this cucumber is easy on the digestion on account of its smooth skin. It’s a very prolific variety, producing tender-skinned, crisp and tasty cucumbers without the bitterness sometimes associated with home-grown fruit.
We recommend you pick them when the fruit reaches 23cm (9in) in length, and the vitamin content is at its highest. Very resistant to mildew and high summer temperatures Burpless Tasty Green gives you guaranteed cucumbers resistant to disease.
