Early Purple Wight Garlic bulbs produce a softneck variety to harvest in May. Plant October to December.
Garlic Early Purple Wight is as its name suggests is one of the earliest garlic harvests of the season. Planted early you can lift the bulbs from the end of May in the South and early June in more Northern areas.
It is quick to dry and is often consumed green. Can be planted from October till December but we recommend planting them in as early as possible for the best results. Use and enjoy fresh - within 3 months after cropping.
Harvest end May, beginning of June.
