Description
- Pure white shafts bulk up quickly and stand well.
- Valuable winter harvest.
- Resistant to disease and bolting.
Pure white shafts contrast with lovely green-blue leaves - uniform and quick to bulk up. Good standing ability with superb resistance to rust and bolting.
A great crop to grow for your collection of winter-greens. This winter-hardy robust variety lasts throughout the winter for harvests during the cold winter months. Its robustness means it’s less likely to bolt too.
What’s more, its attractive leaves provide seasonal interest on your vegetable plot at a cold and less productive time of year.
Please note that these great value seeds have a recommended sow/best before date of 2022 making them perfect for sowing this year. We put this date on simply to ensure the freshest seed for the best possible germination results. If you are purchasing now for next year’s sowing we expect the seed to still be viable as they are packed and stored by us in optimum conditions but you may notice slightly lower germination rates depending on how and where you store them
