Pak Choi Green has attractive pale green stems rather than the more usual white stems. It produces a quick harvest as baby leaves, ideal in salads, but leave to mature a little longer and you'll have a crisp, tasty (and nutritious) veg that's made for stir fries, whilst the leaves can be steamed. It grows to just 25cm in height so won't take up too much space in your plot.
