How your plants arrive
You receive our plum trees as young specimens at around 28in tall, growing strongly and sturdily and primed to produce lots of plums for you.
They arrive as a main stem studded with buds with lots of growing potential in spring.
The roots are covered in a pot in a polythene bag to keep the roots perfectly humid while transported from our nursery to your home.
When they first go in the ground, it’s their roots that really get growing; you won’t see this as it’s all happening underground. Once spring turns into summer those roots will promote lots of green growth above the soil.
