Celebrate the rich heritage of homegrown potatoes with this Heritage Potato Collection, bringing together three exceptional varieties that each offer their own unique flavour, appearance and culinary qualities. You'll enjoy a varied harvest that's perfect for everything from everyday family meals to special occasions.

Pink Fir Apple is a much-loved heritage favourite, producing long, knobbly tubers with a distinctive nutty flavour and firm, waxy texture. It is an excellent choice for salads, steaming and boiling, holding its shape beautifully after cooking.

Heidi Red adds vibrant colour to the vegetable patch with its striking red skin and deep red flesh. Its smooth texture and rich flavour make it ideal for roasting, mashing and baking, while retaining much of its colour when cooked.

Kerr's Pink is a traditional maincrop variety renowned for its large, pale-skinned tubers and fluffy texture. A superb all-rounder, it's particularly well suited to baking, mashing and roasting, delivering comforting, delicious results every time.

Suitable for growing in fertile, well-drained soil in a sunny position, these varieties also perform well in raised beds and large containers. Plant from March to April, once the risk of severe frost has passed, and enjoy harvesting your potatoes from summer through to autumn, depending on the variety. Whether you're looking to discover heritage favourites or simply enjoy a wider range of flavours from your kitchen garden, this collection offers an excellent combination of reliable performance and outstanding taste.
