Autumn Bliss is the top pick for gardeners due to its strong, short canes and long cropping season from August to first frosts. It also offers disease resistance and distinctive red berries.

If you have always wanted to try growing raspberries but think they are a lot of work, then choose these 4L potted plants. Each pot has 2 plants in which will grow quickly through Spring and into summer. These shoots will branch freely and develop clusters of flowers, which in turn will develop into fruit in the late Summer and Autumn. We will train these shoots up a hooped cane which sits approx. 1.2m above ground. All you need to do is plant it, feed it and enjoy delicious raspberries fresh from your garden.

Primocane

Autumn Bliss is the ideal plant for home gardeners and those with smaller fruit and vegetable plots. It is a Primocane variety that produces flowers and fruits on the first year's growth, making maintenance and care exceptionally easy. These plants will continue to produce fruit well into autumn - even after October - and the short canes require minimal support.

For best results, prune fruit-bearing canes in January or February, cutting them down to ground level and securing any new green stems that will produce delicious fruit next year.

These are well established and mature plants. We have grown them on, tying in this season growth onto a hooped cane. Being a Primocane variety, they are well on their way to provide a great crop this season.

Can’t plant straight away?

Place the pot in a sheltered spot outdoors and water regularly to keep the soil moist.
