  • Perennial herb plant
  • Harvest leaves as and when you require
  • Save money, not buying expensive herb jars

Make your herb and spice collection work harder when you grow your own fresh plants on your own plot. Tarragon is one such perennial herb you can enjoy. Grow in containers or in a sunny border.

The silver-green foliage has an aniseed taste and is most often used to flavour sauces (such as béarnaise), oils and vinegars. We like it sprinkled on baked salmon. It's delicious.

An herbaceous perennial it can be over-wintered in mild areas. We recommend that you have horticultural fleece to hand when frost are predicted in the evening. Alternatively, if you grow in pots, bring indoors overnight.
