  • Bunyards Exhibition - a traditional broad bean producing heavy crops of long pods filled with tender beans. Sow indoors & outdoors from February to May. Also can sow outdoors from October to November. 
  • America Organic - nutritious spinach with smooth, dark green leaves perfect for salads and cooking. Sow outdoors from March to September. 
  • Voyager - a quick-growing rocket variety with a distinctive peppery flavour. Sow outdoors from March to September
  • Redbor - attractive purple kale with tightly curled leaves and excellent cold tolerance Sow indoors from March to May. Sow outdoors from April to July
  • Ishikura - a productive spring onion with long white stems and a mild, sweet flavour. Sow indoors from March to September

How To Sow My Seeds

When sowing indoors, almost fill a seed tray with moist seed compost and sow the seeds thinly across the surface. Lightly cover with a little more compost and place in a warm position at 15-20°C. Keep the compost moist throughout germination and early growth to help seedlings establish successfully.


When sowing outdoors, sow seeds thinly into a shallow, pre-watered row and lightly cover with a little soil. Keep the soil moist until seedlings are well established, as consistent moisture helps promote reliable germination and healthy growth.
