Aftercare

Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery. The courier will contact you directly via text to either your mobile or landline (DX Freight) to arrange a suitable delivery time for your order. Deliveries are Monday-Friday 8am-6pm, no specific time of day can be given. Products will come flat packed for self-assembly, Rowlinsons do not currently offer an installation service. You can view product assembly instructions on the Rowlinsons website if additional help is required. Please note all deliveries are curb side and the driver will not be able to move the product throughout the property.
For 7 day delivery this will be a one man delivery service.

We know how important your garden is to you. We've listened to our customers and introduced a new improved speedy delivery service, meaning Express delivery comes as standard.

*Orders to Northern Ireland have an automatic additional £3.00 delivery surcharge applied at checkout.
