The complete tree kit is suitable for using on any size of tree up to 3.0m. An easy to use kit it contains exactly what you need to give your bare root or pot grown tree the very best possible start and to guarantee the success of every tree planted. In addition to the high quality contents of our standard kits we have included a mona watering system to achieve better, less wasteful and more accurate watering delivered exactly where the tree needs it – at the roots.

The buckle tree tie is simply the only one we recommend. It is Made from unbreakable polycarbonate which is needed to withstand even the strongest winds but still retains an element of elasticity to ensure the tree develops its own resistance to the wind and does not come to rely upon the tie and stake. Supplied with an all-important collar that fits between the tree and the stake to ensure that the tree does not rub itself on the stake causing damage to the main trunk.

It is recommended that the tree tie is inspected yearly and adjusted to prevent any bulging as the tree grows, and with a length of 38cm it will adjust to fit most tree sizes planted in the garden whilst they grow.

The Mona Relief Tree Irrigation watering system is essential to guarantee the success of any planted tree or large shrub. This simple, well-designed system delivers water straight to where the tree needs it the most at the roots meaning less wasted water through run off or surface evaporation. One of the biggest issues in the first year is trees and shrubs struggling to establish well due to lack of water and this system ensures that any water and liquid fertiliser you apply goes to exactly where it will have the biggest impact.
